Lahore Real Estate Agents Directory (LREAD) registers all real estate agents, property dealers and property developers operating in Lahore, Pakistan. All information are added in a good faith without verifying authenticity of the them.

Listing Firms

Property firms send requests by email or web based form.

Reporting Error:

LREAD staff takes utmost care to insert error-free information; human error, however, is possible; therefore it is responsibility of the firm to check that all information have been inserted correctly after receiving confirmation message. Any reported error will be corrected within 7 working days.

 Reporting Changes:

You are strongly advised to inform us by email about any change in information that takes place in future. We update the changes within 7-15 days without any extra charges.

Service Charges:

It is charged annually to list in LREAD. Annual payment must be paid within 7 days after receiving confirmation message. If the payment is not made within 7 days, we delete information from our database.

 Mode of Payment:

You must pay the due amount by depositing the charges in our bank account.

Refund Policy:

No claims of refund will be entertained under any circumstances.

 Unsubscribing:

At any time if you no longer wish to be listed in our directory, you may send us request by email. Only contact person using the same land phone number, mobile number or email may make such requests. After verifying that the request is made from the genuine source, we remove your information within 7 days. No refunds will be made.  

 Property Customers

Property customers of our clients must note that we are only listing information about property dealers operating in Lahore, Pakistan; however we neither verify the information nor check credibility of listed firms; hence we could not provide more information other than what our clients have provided to us.

We provide free service to circulate your request to the listed property dealers and agents who have provided us email address but the service is not obligated on us. 

 Advertisement on LREAD Website

You may advertise on our website on the prescribed cost.

No obscene advertisement material is accepted.

No discriminatory advertisement material is accepted.

Advertising banner should not be more than 100 kb.

 We take advertisement payments in advance.

No refund for the advertisement once they are displayed on our website.

We Reserve the right to amend terms of service without prior notice.
